OBJECTIVES IN SUPPORT OF POLICY STATMENT

* The EHS Policy shall be reviewed on an annual basis during formal review session and in line with organizations set objectives and targets.

* Compliance with all requirements including legal requirements as indicated within the organization profile.

* Implement national and international recognized standards and methods to ensure customer / public care and effective EHS control in all our business activities as well as take corrective measures to ensure suitability, effectiveness and conditions improvement of the organizations EHS Management System.

* Promote EHS awareness, participation and resposibility among employees, visitors, general public and contractors through communication, training and development.

* Conduct Health, Safety and Environment risk assesments or studies to effectively implement controls to minimize incidents.

* Regulary monitor, record and openly communicate EHS policy, requirements, preformance, programme's and emergency responce plans to employees, interested parties, contractors and neighbours.

* Report and investigate the cause of all incidents and non-conformance relating to our services and the EHS Management System and take corrective action to timeously prevent recurrences.
